Shipping Information:

We offer shipping to countries mentioned in the store page which consists mainly of China, USA, Spain, Russia and the UK.

We only ship to confirm addresses and once the payment has been verified. The order and delivery address must match.

The shipping transit time may vary as it excludes weekend, holidays within the supplier country, bank holidays and customs of both the sender and receiving destination. 

We aim to have the product delivered between 15-30 days once you have been notified that the payment is verified and order has been placed. This covers handling, shipping, customs exit and in most cases customs at destination unless further security information is required.  Please note: Products can be received earlier and later +/- 5 days. 

The logistic services from overseas warehouses are improving, however there are a number of factors to consider. 

  1. If stock is not present in local country then the larger warehouses in China will be automatically chosen. 
  2. The supply country may have national holidays which can slow down the shipping. 
  3. Postal services, security and custom checks have become more stringent especially due to the pandemic, therefore it can take slightly longer to leave the host country and pass through customs at your local destinations before it is handed over to the local delivery services. 

On some occasions there may be a difference in the stock inventories and availability of the products in a warehouse near you, therefore we will ship the product from our first available warehouse. Please contact us for any concerns regarding your shipment and we will aim to resolve the issue as soon as possible.


About Customs:

Import duties, taxes, and charges are applicable to most products. These charges are the buyers/customers’ responsibility. Please check with your country customs to determine what these rates/charges will be before purchasing the item.


Not received confirmation dispatch email?

As soon as your order has left our warehouse, we’ll send you an email with your tracking information.

If you haven’t received a dispatch confirmation email, get in touch with us, and we’ll have a look into the whereabouts of your order.

During busy times, it may take longer than usual for your order to be processed.

Just head over to 17Track, enter your tracking number, and it will show you the current logistical status of your order within minutes.

Another website that’s also great for international shipping tracking is CAINIAO; if your tracking information is not appearing correctly anywhere else, then CAINIAO might be able to help you out in tracking your package.


Delivery tracking numbers change often depending on which carrier is used for your order.

For example, if the tracking number has SG in it, then it’s the delivery is from Singapore, and CN if its from China Post.


My order is showing as delivered but I don’t have it, what should I do?

If your order is showing as delivered, but you have not received it we suggest checking if the driver has left a calling card.

If you’re still unable to locate the item, it is vital that you contact us with 48 hours so we can look into this for you.
